Bolden Treats LLC is an online store that offers high-quality custom treats and exceptional customer service to the community and businesses in the Portland Metro Area. Our company is made up of family and forward-thinkers who are committed to serving our customers while pleasing our Father in Heaven, Jesus Christ.

 

As a retired military family with ten children, we understand the challenges of balancing work and family. Despite our daily struggles to live a righteous life, we are committed to serving God in all that we do. As we make our treats, we pray that God reminds you of His grace and that He reigns on both the just and the unjust.

At Bolden Treats we accept Visa, Master Card, Amex online. We do accept Cash App, Venmo, PayPal and Zelle if order is placed through our email at: boldentreats@gmail.com

Policy and Procedure

NOTICE: ORDERING GUIDELINES

Please review before placing your order:

  1. Orders should ideally be submitted at least one week in advance (earlier dates may be available upon request).

  2. We exclusively utilize FedEx overnight delivery services.

  3. Shipping cost is currently fixed at $90.00.

  4. Certain items may be designated for pick-up only due to a high risk of damage during transit (e.g., strawberries).

  5. Packages dispatched during October through March are guaranteed against damage caused by weather conditions. Refunds will be issued for any damaged items within this period.

  6. Orders placed between April and September are at the customer's own risk. We do not assume liability for damage resulting from extreme weather conditions during this period, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

  7. In the event of a delay in shipment due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances, we cannot be held responsible.

  8. All packages require a signature from an individual aged 18 or older upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

PICK UP GUIDELINES 

  1. Pickup Location: Walmart Neighborhood Market, 2444 E Powell Blvd, Gresham OR 97080.

  2. Please adhere to the agreed-upon pickup time. Punctuality is crucial.

  3. A 10-minute grace period will be provided; thereafter, a charge of $3 per minute will apply.

  4. If you anticipate being late, kindly notify us by calling (971)-930-6895.

  5. We recognize unforeseen circumstances such as car trouble, navigation issues, or highway delays. Please plan your pickup time accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

​Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment in full is required at the time of ordering.

  2. If you grant us creative freedom and are unsatisfied with the final product, refunds will not be issued.

  3. We ship all items except strawberries.
